德州中科新材料有限公司，创立于2003年，坐落于德州市德城区天衢工业园（占地4.2万平方米），是国家级高新技术企业。公司聚焦混凝土全产业链技术创新，与中国建筑材料科学研究总院建立长期紧密的合作关系，构建了"研发-生产-应用"三位一体的产业生态，旗下混凝土外加剂与混凝土两大事业部形成协同发展格局。外加剂事业部：拥有年产10万吨高性能混凝土外加剂及5万吨水泥基材料的现代化生产基地。混凝土事业部：自建20万方/年高性能混凝土基地，通过协同兄弟公司（德州金鑫混凝土有限公司）产能联动，可实现百万方级年度供应保障能力。

公司主要产品包括聚羧酸系高性能减水剂、萘系高效减水剂、喷射混凝土用速凝剂、桥梁预应力孔道压浆料、风电基础专用灌浆料、装配式建筑专用灌浆料、高强无收缩灌浆料砂浆外加剂、透水混凝土外加剂、混凝土防水剂、混凝土防腐阻锈剂等十余个系列。产品体系全面覆盖多元基建领域，为房屋建筑、交通路网（高速公路/铁路/桥隧）、综合枢纽（机场）、能源水利（水电工程）等重大建设项目提供全场景解决方案。

公司全面通过ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO45001职业健康安全体系、ISO14001环境管理体系及CRCC铁路产品认证专项资质，构建起覆盖质量、安全、环保的精细化管控网络。

创新资质与平台建设：获评国家级高新技术企业、山东省"专精特新"中小企业和"山东省瞪羚企业"三项省级标杆称号；建立市级研发矩阵——"德州市高性能土木工程材料重点实验室""绿色建筑材料工程实验室"“德州市技术创新工作站”"先进化学建筑材料工业设计中心"等6大创新平台，构建"一企一技术"特色研发体系。

科研项目与成果：完成省级重点人才项目"新型抗侵蚀海洋工程混凝土制备关键技术研究"，突破海洋基建材料核心技术，获德州市科学技术三等奖1项，实现应用型研究成果转化，参与编制国家及行业标准5项，彰显技术话语权。

Dezhou Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2003, is a National High-Tech Enterprise strategically located in Tianqu Industrial Park (42,000㎡ premises), Decheng District, Dezhou City. Specializing in full-chain technological innovation for concrete industries, we maintain long-term collaboration with China Building Materials Academy to establish an integrated "R&D-Production-Application" ecosystem. Our synergistic business structure comprises two core divisions:

Admixtures Division ： Operates a modern production base with annual capacities of 100,000 tons of high-performance concrete admixtures and 50,000 tons of cementitious materials.

Concrete Division： Maintains a dedicated 200,000 m³/year high-performance concrete production facility. Through strategic capacity coordination with sister company Dezhou Jinxin Concrete Co., Ltd., we ensure reliable million-cubic-meter annual supply capabilities.
